best fat burning exercise for women who are in their 30’s?

I am 34.I recently gained weigth because i was depressed and did not exercise for 7 months.I am ready to work out but can not afford to pay to go to a gym.I have a joggers trail where I live.I am open to suggestions.
my problem is that i do not eat.i work at medical facility and never get a chance to.I end up eating one or two meals in a day.I eat healthy when I have my meal.then it is time for me to go to bed.

    ok the best exercise is to walk at east a mile everyday. when the sun goes down or may be in the morning when the sun its not that strong then get your gym cloths and go to walk around the block or a park its really healthy and that is what my mom( 42 years old) does and wow she looks amazing!
