does anyone have a weight training / competition diet for women?

women and weight training
ShoeGal asked:

I’m very active. I work out 3-4 times a week for 1 hour (lifting weights) with a trainer. I do high reps and low weights. I do not want to be a big muscle women, I just want to be tone and defined. I do my abs almost every day. I do about 30-60 min of cardio each day. I eat low fat, high protein, high fiber, veggies and only low fat dairy. I do not eat red meat ever. Any suggestions? I’m at a stand still - I want to take off about 10-15 pounds in two months.
PLEASE only answer this question with personal knowledge - I do not need websites ie: links unless they lay a diet out for you - I’m not trying to buy any diet pills. I know how to use the internet thank you.

Wayne
