start slow work your way up.

You should definitely try some of Cathe Fredrich or Amy Bento. They work out just as hard as the men, but without all of the “bulkiness” training that you would receive if you used say Tony Horton’s vids. Susan Powder also has wonderful ways of working out using household furniture and such for equipment, i.e. a chair for support or a brick for the step. But I have to say that Tony Horton’s P90x and P90x + also has vids that doesn’t incorporate a lot of equipment, and he also helps you do the same training in each vid, without it.
