What's the best weight loss pill for women without having to exercise or diet?
My friend lisa weighs 180 and im worried for her health but she doesn’t really have the time or stamina to diet or exercise and i wouldn’t mind losing some weight myself.

For the sake of your friends health (and her wallet) , try to avoid pills if possible.
Exercise does not have to be that time consuming or difficult. It can be as simple as walking & need only take 30 or so minutes out of your day (which is nothing really). Even walking 15 mins to school,work or the shops & 15 mins home again would be sufficient & enjoyable.
And eating healthy is not that hard. There are plenty of healthy options easily accessable out there, if you look hard enough.
